A new type of grazing-incidence VUV spectrometer with extended spectral range (up to 80nm), provided by a specially designed grating.

- Broad VUV spectral range

- High resolution

- Compact size

Description

VUV Grazing incidence spectrometer GIS

Off-Rowland geometry, variable grating–detector distance

Three modifications:

  • GIS-1 – Installed inside vacuum chamber, extra small size
  • GIS 2,3 – Installed outside vacuum chamber, port for differential pumping

Compatible with different types of detectors, including CCD and MCP

Simple installation and alignment
